Ok, after this post and Solans alerting me to this I still never see it. Maybe this bug does not affect Malachi? Because I have been looking for it and have not seen it. So does this happen everytime Malachi uses that skill? Or just on occasion?

Never happens in first person. Very wierd, could explain why it slipped past the imms? Also probably why I never reported it, because Malachi cannot see it.
