You are required to roleplay here, and players who only
PK without even trying to talk to others in an RP attempt will
be denied.  Repeat offenders who continue to power level and
the kill players without any RP interaction at all are likely to have
their sites banned.  Likewise, players who PK and only use OOC
tells to insult or ruin the RP for others will be denied.
