Title: Outside the famous arena called 'Great Circus'
Post by: Nierth on March 21, 2006, 01:03:50 am
You are standing before one of the largest buildings that you have
ever seen in your entire lifetime. You guess it is one of the biggest
on the planet. Its walls tower above you and flags line the tops of
the walls. Above the doorway to your north the words 'The Great Circus'
are painted in big bold red letters. You here a few minotaurs talking
beyond the doors, but you hear no cheering or screams so you guess that
there is no battle going on. Exits are to your north and to your south.

Title: Outside an elaborate edifice of white marble
Post by: Nierth on March 21, 2006, 01:05:56 am
Before you towers an edifice, one of the biggest, and nicest you
have ever seen. Its roof is arched, and marble columns stretch to
the roof all around you to support the weight of the building. Wide
stairs lead up to this colorless marble building, not unlike some
of the greater clan houses. You exits are north into the edifice or south onto Emperors Way.

You see no door north.

Title: A closed down shop
Post by: Nierth on March 21, 2006, 01:14:38 am
You stand in an empty shop. Some junk is piled on the floor that makes you guess this was once a weapon shop. A broken table lies in the corner along with two broken chairs. The room is dust except for footstep marks in the dust that cover the floor, you wonder what they are from. As you scan around  you notice that the footsteps lead to a ladder that leads up to a hole in the roof. Behind the ladder are caved in stairs. You can exit up the ladder or south to an intersection on the street.

Title: The parchment store
Post by: Nierth on March 21, 2006, 01:20:05 am
You are in the shop from which parchments are sold. A sign over your
the wall to your east is labeled 'Old', and the sign over the wall to
your west is labeled 'New'. ALong both the eastern and western wall are shelves covered with scrolls, some look to be burned or torn, and others look perfect. To your north is a counter with a jolly
old minotaur, scribbling something on a new piece of parchment.
A sign is above the wall behind him that reads 'Home made'. Your
only exit is south.

Title: Before a building engraved with red runes
Post by: Nierth on March 21, 2006, 01:23:48 am
You are outside of a marble building engraved with red runes. A magical
essence flows from the building and the runes engraved upon its surfaces
slowly radiate with magical power. An arched entrance way leads east into
the building. You can leave south towards Emperors Way or west into the
building.

Title: a darkened marble road lined with poison ivy
Post by: Nierth on March 21, 2006, 01:41:30 am
You stand on a darkened road that has poison ivy growing along it.
This trail seems eerie and cold, the ivy twisted as if spiked nooses.
Leafless trees grow a distance from the trail, and beyond that you can
see the outline of a few marble buildings. At your feet is a dirt covered
marble street with weeds that mutilate the trail, sprouting from between
the stones. You can leave to the south, to the west and to the east.
