I can see a huge difference. In clan forum you can talk about things without fearing attack from your enemies and you can organize/share information that will be used in the game. The difference is that in game you are sharing information between CHARACTERS not PEOPLE. If you ask me it's not much different than getting pissed off about a comment someone makes on the board about you personally and killing them IC for it. IC and OOC should never mix. Of course, Takhisis are all friends in RL anyway right?
