Title: Thulga dies Post by: Matthew on April 25, 2006, 02:36:03 pm http://solace.i-read-you.ru/forum/logs/lview2.php?log=27 Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: Matthew on April 25, 2006, 02:37:36 pm Erm yeah, Elestel reraids and takes back relic, i figure then they would take other clan relics so i decide to attempt raid.
Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: Rialon on April 25, 2006, 03:12:08 pm You did not wear another shield instead of the cleaved one, or am i mistaken?
Well mishaclers are mortal after all. ;) Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: Matthew on April 25, 2006, 03:16:05 pm I had another shield but i had forgotten i had it. So i never tried to wear another, i never even thought to get one from the draconian leader, as you can see i was still kicking butt, he would only have cleaved it too anyway. I thought they would EVENTUALLY run out of money to heal but nope, they have fountains of it! I loathe shield cleave by the way, it destroys fun.
Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: Rialon on April 25, 2006, 03:49:18 pm Actually, i as a fighter, who has a priest, think the opposite- why cleave for 10 rounds, when priest just gets another one from the sack on a trigger. ;)
Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: Matthew on April 25, 2006, 03:59:57 pm I had like 15 in my backpack once. Then Sios came to raid against me and cleaved every single one of them.
Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: deda on April 25, 2006, 09:14:01 pm Seems your reflexes became less speedy with your age... And your brains alongside with them... Always mount! Use shadowbane! Protect self and the dragon... Growl! Still it was a nice fight... Nice tactics from both of takhisis players...
Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: arpade on April 25, 2006, 10:38:05 pm I think i was missing something, i didint understand hazeths strat. vuln to energy seemed to only help with his every turn energy atack... wich did little damage... where were the enhanced fireballs, vapoir chains and classics? wouldent they simply damage more? Ive alweys had invokers stereotyped as maaaassss damagers but with little hp and defenses. in my head, if tehre is 2vs1, and one of the two are a invoker, as long as he doesent tank the 1 is doomed in 2 secs.
Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: deda on April 26, 2006, 12:03:16 am The mage used the best possible strategy: the crushing hand that seems to be a magical equivalent to bash... 8)

Anyway, hazeth seemed to use best possible strategy (holding), although meteorites maybe would be more effective. Enhanced fireballs would harm the dragon remember Arpade? Title: Re: Thulga dies Post by: arpade on April 28, 2006, 02:25:13 pm humm, i see now, kk, got the point. ;D
