Title: Eagle Eye Post by: Lizzy on June 27, 2006, 08:13:23 am Normally, I am able to eagle eye myself but I cannot seem to eagle eye ANYONE! The skill is about 85% No, when I have tried to eagle a team mate we are not in a battle, and we are in an area where I was once able to do so.
