Balance and recovery should also help against tail attack that some dragons and draconians have...
Lunge, since i see it as chargeing at someone with a spear, should have a chance to knock target down, at least when mounted, just to give him a sort of a lag, not to hold him/her like bash...
Choke, since lash your whip around someone's neck, should also have a slight chance to hurt someone's throat and prevent him/her from spellcasting...
What do you think, guys?

I think there should be nonblockable lagging skills like tail strike - simply because noone will be able to hold assassins/thieves/warriors except invokers with cheaty crushing hand.
Knocking down with lunge seems quite logical to me, I agree here.
Choke is useless skill, but whip spec is too anti-mage oriented already.

I've seen choke used in some special cases quite effectively.
Many of seemingly useless skills are not so useless, given the right conditions  ;)

Me too! At least, that's what i call choking the storm in the edges when sanc's about to drop down! 8)
