After we implemented moods I always thought it is a cool featureful sidefect.. or sideffectual feature.
Is is disturbing?

It looks quite strange when you say in a friendly tone: 'Die, dirty bastard!'

Well, you can control the tone, so it can be considered as a hideous sarcasm  ;D
But if it truly messes up your experience, I'll change this behaviour.

Well, I'd suggest to say these phrases always in neutral or, maybe, fanatical mood.

It's rather Latin phrase, not French ;)

Here was a part of code stolen in 2002. First (and the only) warning to Quino.

Fixed. Now uses fanatical mood and exclamations instead of says.
Also guards against acting on just-slain enemies.
