Title: Kidnap

Or should I post it in Bug-section? Not sure.
For now kidnap does not work on mobiles. Its a painfull strike at my plans to throw the whole Krynn in chaos, but - allright. Another problem is that it does not practice at trying. Just tell me, how am I supposed to practice it? :)
Maybe we shouls allow kidnapping mobiles, just add not-kidnapable flags on clan\guild guards and maybe shopers\healers (oh, please, leave shopers and healers! Have mercy for Entrophy!), or some else?

Rot spell also never works on mobiles, but I suppose it was intended to be such a spell and kidnap is for PK only, hm?

Rot is a way too easy method of killing a mob.
But I changed kidnap just now to work on mobiles with certain limitations. Mobs will return to their homes just like with the summon spell.
Kidnap also became slightly easier to practice.
