Last three times we touched assassinate is January 5, January 20, July 23.

so best tactic for assassins and outasts: cleave|ass;flee;return;repeat till 50% of hp ?

You cannot assassinate once again if YOU flee, however, if VICTIM flees and returns, you can repeat the attempt. Note that assassinate affect often lowers your max hp, so next assassinate has better chances to succeed.

Sometimes I feel that writing changes is unnecessary. Nobody reads them after all.
Cleave and assassinate are completely, absolutely different now:
Cleave puts a cleaveguard affect on you, so while it is possible to hit you two-three times in a row, instakill is possible only for the first one.
Assassination attempt should be prepared in a certain room. If you move out of it, all your preparations are lost and you can't assassinate unless you prepare again. It also has a number of other restrictions, but they are balanced by its effectiveness in case everything checks.

Changes are readed be sure, for me for example it was just too hard to read 100+ of them carefuly but I did somehow, still for example I cant understand if assasinate can be performed on harmed (how seriously?) person.
