The shipmaster nods to you and allows you to board his boat.
  You are on a small boat docked on the bright, warm beaches of a small
island far off the Solamnic coast. To the far, far south you can just
make out the horizon which represents the mainland. East of here, on the
small island of Naiadia, you can see a town which has been built in the
centre of the sandy isle.

With a sudden heave the boat departs the harbour and is on it's way.
The ship surges across the ocean towards the mainland.
  You are near the island of Naiadia, a tranquil and reclusive little
island where peaceful life is the only life. The warm yellow beaches of
the island beckon you to approach, while the cold unending seas extend in
all other directions.

Cannot understand, could you give me more input?

I bet this case occurs when someone is swimming from Arkham, and I counter-swim from Palanthas to Naiadia

I'll check it later.
