Title: Knights (their role to protect other)

I do not know if somebody allready proposed that or maybe it is even somehow implemented. I never played knights or lightwalkers.

Yet the adea to grant them some skill, let's call it "devotion", so knight can partely recive party damage(except other knights, maybe). for example 50% of damage others recive (or 30%, to be more usable, so knight will not die in one round :-))

For me the knight should be specialized in caring others. He should be able to protect even due to sacrificing himself.  8)

That is all basicly.

a warlock with soulink :)

not too good idea. Knights are more fighterlikes than priests nowdays.
Autorescue would be fitting /defend/
yet i dont think that is exactly a way of improvement they need.

a paladin with blessing of sacrifice :)

as for such skill - it will make some other classes just unkillable at all.

I like the idea... Takhisis clan has different powers for different classed, maybe it will be right to make small difference and in Solamnia? Not knight, but priests may lose something and get the skill described above?
