They learn the things about Nature, flowers and the rest and they practice it... Although, it makes more sense than a kender mage... Btw, in DL books there ARE kender priests! ;)

But kender druids are just too much. Like the realms needs another 25 dex high defense thrust/whirl machine. Lets be reasonable here. I have enough issue with Mino druids, much less kender ones.
