Yay for Engineers! ;D)

I found the jail and the entrance guards but i couldn't harm him with my bare hands. Could anyone give me a few clues on this matter?

Read carefully what he says to you, and then do some conversation. Same as most quests, though personally i am against those quests which solution depends on your skill with english.
