Cant double dirt someone or legsweep someone who is already down either.  Or if its on purpose maybe your just further damaging vocal chords. If thats the case let me wake my old beastie up.

Well, if I am not mistaken, it's not stackable as it used to be - you just claw away all you like and keep your victim silent... No, sir! Now it is like this - when you claw someone, it lasts 3 ticks and if you manage to claw him/her again during the last tick while the first claw is not worn off, it stays on for the next three ticks...
