Title: dust in the wind

I've noticed that when using dust(s) skill near outer, i don't warn him so he can get blinded/poisoned... make it work like the rest of area spells?

I had this trouble in solamnia, but i also decided it was right to ban assassins from solamnia ;)

Blindness and poison dust will no longer harm clanmates.
