I was there last night, good game! Very cold though! Russian supporters were excellent, loud, cheering and singing some amazing chants :) Now Everton have qualified top of the group, will we go on and win the Cup?? I wish... 8) Title: Re: Zenit St Petersburg Post by: Nierth on December 06, 2007, 03:53:45 pm Congratulations,:) I was trying to find you there, on my tv :))))
I was watching this match too. Wrong removal, isn't it? Title: Re: Zenit St Petersburg Post by: Hiddukel on December 06, 2007, 04:48:18 pm I was the one behind the goal when we scored :)
But yes, terrible decision to send off your player. Stupid stupid ref. But at least we missed that penalty, some kind of small justice. Without that player sending off, you would have drawn or even won that game. Title: Re: Zenit St Petersburg Post by: ezus on December 06, 2007, 05:59:37 pm Ole-ole... Spartak Moscow!!! ;D

Title: Re: Zenit St Petersburg Post by: Lizzy on December 12, 2007, 04:07:17 pm A little girl was sitting in her classroom in England when her teacher walked in and started talking about how proud she is to be English and how wonderful it is to be an England supporter. The teacher then asked everyone who supported England to put up their hand. Every hand in the class besides one went up. This surprised the teacher and so she asked the little girl why her hand wasn't up.
"Well," said the little girl, "because I don't support England." Even more surprised, the teacher asked her who she supported. "I support the Springboks", she replied. Now a bit irritated, the teacher asked the little girl why she supported the Springboks. "My mum supports the Springboks, and my dad supports the Springboks, so I support the Springboks." The teacher looked at the little girl and with a smirk asked: "Well, if your mum was an idiot and your dad was an idiot, what would you be?" The little girl looked up at her teacher, smiled and replied: "An England supporter!" |
