Title: Connecting problems again...

Ping shows as if everything is working fine... but I cannot connect... its been like this for 3 days...
anyone knows what could be happening?

Try to ping/tracert it from the command line. The hostnane should be resolved as 213.248.56.64 at this moment.

Seems to me everything is fine.
And traceroute I had never used, here it is:

... and after a long time of "trying", it shows failure to connect.
Ahh here it is:
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out

Looks like the IP address' port 4000 is blocked by your router. Do you have an access to your router?

You see... I'm not the computer expert of the house... and who is will not fix whatever is wrong.

Ok, then you should talk to your administrator... It looks like a router/firewall problem.
