second circle empower spell I believe gives 100% chance of casting spell one level higher Third circle empower spell casts a spell at at least one spell level higher with chance for two levels higher. - For example Kazo only has third circle empower spell feat and his spellpower is 36-37 so he casts spells as if they are lvl 36 or sometimes 37 instead of level 35 like someone without feat. - Someone correct me if im wrong but if one was to take all empower spell feats at hero their spellpower would be 37-39 - Cant help you on spell penetration Title: Re: Spellpower Post by: Nierth on January 14, 2008, 11:03:25 am Argonar, I doubt this is a question for the newbie section.
