- My beast asssasin finds a jiub who has been aggressive toward him, gated to him several times etc.  And kills jiub, just takes a couple potions.  Jiub quits and someone logs in   ;)  then this happens while buying some wafers... here we go.

- fled ... tried to speak with gyrn...but I knew would get no response or rp.  a bit confused I enter my guild to rest and maybe try some rp.  Gyrn logs out...and "someone" logs in...and of course this happens next.

Becoming Wanted when you did nothing is actually becoming quite common...
My brother is here beside me and read this topic also, and he tells me his character Gerzelu was attacked by Kbaot in Palanthas (with a history of naked Kbaot always trying to kill him, when they had never met before), and then a noob character (below 10th lvl) testefied that Gerzelu that had attacked first.
He even says that he was beneath captain and wasn´t attacked by him while that Guardians still criminalized him. What is funny is that if a guy really is criminal, he would usually run away... but no, in these two examples, the both victims stayed and tried to argue against this. Still the Guardians do not listen.  :-\
PS: That was a couple of days before by brother stopped entering. Carefull who you kick out of the game through sh*tty playing.
He was one of best Roleplayer Solace had seen.

And what would you have the guardian do?
You should just report such cases to immortals so they can watch this supposedly lawful character in the future.

- The unjust wanted flag was just the cherry on top of the sundae as far as the length someone will go out of spite.  3 character jumps and a framing..it was like that movie "Fallen" with Denzel Washington  ;D ;D Just OOC character switching same old same old....my punishment for killing a junk character..who I didnt even loot.  that will teach me heh.  if at first you dont succeed... switch characters, switch characters, switch characters or is it try, try, try again? just didnt expect a *ahem* leader to be involved. 

Just a tip... probably Kbaot was a one of the lawfull witness... And that means it doesn´t count since he became criminal enough times to be changed to chaotic.

-  :) He was a witness of course..tried to be subtle about it in the post,  as he lurked outside the guild waiting to loot I imagine.  Jarkh also testified...three ex-clan members...did we expect anything less?  just auto-delete all disbanded clan members, as these three were prolly sitting on a LAN connection eating cheetos together.

- Everyone shown..had their own shadyness exhibited...OOC'ing , ethos violations, or just vulturing possible corpses.  These are typically the same people who say they hate whiners...Ill take 10 whiners rather then these types...this is just an evolved super whine...cant take a death so you log every character you got, use every OOC connection you got...and then when that doesnt work..exploit flaws in ethos and clan rules.
