If using windows, try: Run... tracert solace.msm.ru 4000 This is good indicator for if MUD crashed. However, normally when mud crashed, tracert will run all the way to solace server, then it will start to fail (fail by showing '*'). For some reason, when I do tracert this time, it can barely even leave my house! Anyways, I don't know much about such internet things, nor can I access MUD server. We'll wait Kiri-Jolith. Your router/ISP blocks icmp packets :) actually best thing to know state of machine is >> ping solace.msm.ru and see if it responds anyway, even if host machine is up (responds to ping) but you can't connect -> solace daemon is down and we still have to wait for someone with shell access to start it :( Title: Re: Someone kick KIRI!
