I've noticed that some have interest for soccer (I personally don't care for watching national soccer, cause best brazilian players leave the country :P), I've noticed on photo gallery some guys playin the keyboard and such...
Oh!! And how could I forget? Seems we all love boobs!  ;D

I live in Liverpool, England, but I support Everton FC with a passion. I work as a Contracts Manager for a flooring company, but I am training at the moment one day per week to become a Quantity Surveyor. Its not as boring as it sounds...

I have just bought my first house and at the moment it is a real building site- It won't be ready for another 4 months! My car is crap but I am proud of it, and at the moment I am listening to "Slayer", "Dragonforce", and "Iron Maiden" on the ipod :) Hmm, I like beer and brandy but not in the same glass... I have two brothers, one wishes to be a rock god, the other is a commando in the british army...

I have a snake named Gomez who my girlfriend hates. She thinks he will try and eat her one day. I don't know how, as he is only very small and could not get his mouth around one of my toes.

I am going to Cyprus for my holidays! :)

    Im from New York...but just had to move to the South, in the US  ::)  Quite a shock from big cities to rural towns.  Im an engineering technician , mainly consists of inspector stuff, standing around and criticizing others work...kinda like what I do on this forum  ;D As for interests...was too bulky for "soccer" so I played the other type of football in highschool and college..and now a bar league rugby  team on weekends (but my real dream is ....to DANCE ! jk).  Decided to move down here for my now ex-wife..who is crazy (blah!)..and we now have split custody of my son...and met my new girlfriend who is not crazy (yay!) down here so Im kinda stuck..until I figure out how to smuggle a 2 year old boy to the north  :P
     I am a closet super dork as no one really knows I play Solace or any of my other rpg addictions.  My girlfriend thinks its some kinda chat room..and my job thinks Im doing some ms-dos configuring on the comp or something.  On a side note..my mom is an old hippy..and was "extremely" active in the civil rights movement in the 60's in america and has associations with the black panthers (shes irish and english btw) and the "weatherman" just to better explain my heated reactions with certain verbage on the forum in the past.

- Nintendo emulator...addicted to old school games..just beat castlevania 1 again..very tough
- Just retired from guild wars...burnt out a cooling fan on my comp.  took it as a sign.

I released such info. Here I go:

I'm 19 years old, and still living with my family, here in São Paulo, Brazil. I
am the youngest in the family. My brother also enjoys the wonderfull world of Solace  ;)  and my sister, the eldest of the three, now lives in Florianopolis.
Last year I was a freshman of physics... but this year things have changed...  ::)
I dropped out...
I have studied the piano for about 10 years and decided to make my
living out of it, so this year I am basically supposed to study a lot for the exam
to enter the university... again . The start was/is rather rusty....  ;D
I don't know how it works in your countries, but here in Brazil there is a test for each university, and your grades in school do not matter (*relief*).

While I was studying physics, my friends considered me the ultra-nerd, cause I am very addicted to RPG, anime and I was studying physics... I like the Big Band Theory (=> It is very very funny!) amongst many other things.

I enjoy all kinds of music, from Bach and Beethoven to Beatles and Queen to
Bill Evans and Dave Brubeck... Egberto Gismonti... Tom Jobim. And also some japanese rock bands I've come to know through animes such as Death Note, Rurouni Kenshin... etc.
And my most recent addition is Weird Al' Yankovic. He makes fantastic parodies!
I am very ignorant actually when it concerns rock... It's rather amazing...
For who enjoys vocal groups I really recommend one called "Buenos Aires 8".
They are just increadible!  :)

My english isn't very good because I mostly haven't practiced it much, but I have lived four years (from 3 to 7 years old) in the US, in the city of Albuquerque, in New Mexico. But I think my english is still better then my portuguese!!  ;D

I still don't know how to drive :o ... I am rather lazy and I know I won't be having
a car any time soon. I enjoy Coca-Cola more then alcohol (amazing isn't it?)... and I've said to much. ;D

hehe there's not much to say about me.. I live in Moscow suburbs, 30 y.o., single, uber lazy and antisocial ;D I'm an old punk rocker from early 90s, I love music above all, and #2 in my list is football.

I was introduced to Solace in late 2001, when my old MUD was closed. Glorious days those were, a days of pseudo-graphic desriptions and RoD executions ;D so I gave up in like a week or two. I took another try at it a couple of years later, and joined the mighty IRC community (thanks Morf). I'm playing off and on since then, but still a noob.

I was thinking to write about myself but I will not rule :'( :'(

I don't play solace anymore but this is on of them rare occasions when i pay attention to the forum as it is STILL my home page an i can't be bothered thinking of what to replace it with... so anyway, I am 30 not yet married but have 2 baby girls with my finance. I have been a tomato, watermelon, chili and other fruits farmer. Then i put pools in the ground for a while, stopped working for a year to mud full time, sold awesome but expensive household burglar alarm sort of things, drove a forklift for a transport company for a couple of years, but now am the manager of a very large computer/peripherals sales store. I like computers mainly, love linux, don't mind unix but find it is falling behind (and i don't mean graphical shinny things). Love scotch whiskey, white sambucca(straight shots i the only way to drink such fine alcohol!), women(shhh), my awesome car, and my daughters 1 aged 1y 5months, and 1 aged 4 years 3 months. Don't like - People wasting my time, People who think they know everything (mainly these are people who waste my time :) ),  Strawberry flavouring, dirty filthy digusting olives!

PS - like real football(mans game), dislike soccer (girls game).

Soccer - girls game... bullsh*t. Anyone from other sports dislike soccer cause this is sport number 1 around the world.
Anyway this is one of most dangerous sports. I doubt that american footbal cause such amount of injuries. In other way soccer is a religion for many, american football - is not.
And here is small difference. Fat heavy ass can't play soccer.. but can play football:) This is payment for hamburgers - another american religion.

Im from Moscow, 24, male, live with a girlfriend. Graduated from MSU physics department a year ago. Had some IT activities in the past, but now Ive turned to cinema and arts :) Gonna enter 2nd university and become a filmmaker. Currently I shoot my first film, read, watch films, photograph now and then...  but, most of the time I "зрею" or, better to say "овощу" :)
Started to play muds in 1999. First it was Aardwolf :-X Then my classmates discovered Solace. That was a really great time. I saw legendary "room 248" (if I recall it correctly) in MSU and mad Kalindra inside ;D Solace had no RP at that time, but I didnt notice it after Aardwolf MUD. World was huge, great and full of excitement. Still I was total newbie and had no chars over rank of 25. I always enjoyed creating characters more than playing them :) Than Ive stopped playing for a while. Than I returned for a while. Than I stopped playing again... Than I returned... And so on :) Thankful to this tactic and to my impatience  Im still a newbie and I still love Solace

- OFFTOPIC-  As for football and soccer,  apples and oranges cant even compare.  Both respectable..just when most americans grow up (my opinion)...they mostly play football in the street. (ever try and get a soccer ball out  from under a car..its annoyin)  I must admit I do think soccer should have a smaller field and makes goals only count if made by bicycle kicks  ;D go pele !!  I wouldnt say its for girls...since girls dont headbutt or can run that long  :-X ,  That was great when that  dude blasted the other in the chest for talkin about his family or somethin  :o (someone find a pic of that, gotta respect him not usin his hands)  Honestly I wish rugby was more popular ... I think its better to watch.  But NFL is great...if u grew up watchin on sundays with ur uncle sneakin beers when u were 11 it might be great to u 2. :)

It was Zidane - the best midfielder ever... It happened during the previous World Cup. He played some of his best games during that cup. Still, France lost to filthy Italy in the overtime due to his expulsion and the downfall of the Italian soccer commenced! Hell, yeah!

Still, I admit I like soccer as much as rugby and NFL... But I we don't get much chance to watch neither rugby nor NFL. Soccer can be sometimes downright boring (especially when watching teams from Italy or Germany). What I like about NFL is the dynamics of the game, and the significance and influence of the tactics on the outcome. As for rugby... one word is enough - RESPECT!

All brazilians hate Zidane... he alone owned Brazil in two cups... and he gave Ronaldo a
hat ... don't know the expression in english.
The last cup when Zidane was given a red card, he still was considered the best player. He is an awesome player. Plays what people miss watching, "art soccer".

Yeah, I still remember the last WC and how Zidane destroyed Brasil single-handedly in the semifinals... He played like a god!

Prehistory: Very long time ago loosers and criminals from British Empire came to a new continent known as North America today.
They saw a game with egg-like ball in their native land. And they deicided to play this game in new place. Evrybody didn't know rules of this game. Also they were cowards because of what they starts to wear helms and armour on. Today World knows this crap as American Football.

You're all wrong. The most demanding ball sport is called "cowboy basketball". I used to play it while in the high school. The rules are simple: there are two teams and one basketball. You chase the guy from the opposite team if he has the ball and beat him down. You can also beat the guy who doesn't have the ball. The game ends when someone manages to score. 8)

deda, dunno what you say about.. but calcio storico have some rules... you can get the ball by any way you can. 4 teams - 27 players each. 1 ball... You can hit, kick, throw the opponent:) No matter he with ball or not.

p.s. I wuz just kidding about the difficulty of the "cowboy basketball". It was not lethal at all! It had something to do with us not being allowed to carry weapons at that age... (secondary school)... Still, a couple sets of nuts got cracked!  ;D

like the details of solace played ULtima online, WOW, and many others in the past
nothing makes me think like this game. Oneday I will learn something or see this special room everyone is talking about. Until then I will try to learn.
