do not check weapon damage type... Maybe they should?

You try to catch an elven archer's eyes with a sharp flick of your weapon, but hit only one eye.

i think eyejab is the only skill that has three steps: 1. miss 2. almost blinded 3.blinded... I propose you lose the second step and merge it with the first: either you manage to eyejab or you don't.

It may just hit, but not blind.
The targets are: one eye, head, ear (?) and maybe apply there neck as well (accidental choke %))

successful choke lag is nothing less than deadly... 2+ rounds are a bit excessive for a 10% chance at skill mastered.

I talked only about  eyejab deals damage on unsuccessful hit. "Hit one eye" is not half-blindness :) So, there's no "step 2".
Sentence about choke was out of jest, you know ;)
