Title: Clanpowers

Its time to make clanpowers more valuable.
We need to do next:
1. Make affects of empower depend on number of members of raided clans - affects like now if there is a less of half from max number of members; double empower from now - if half of max number of members; triple from now if clanlist of raided are full.
2. Add same penalties for member of raided clan.
3. Add a mob same like last defender of clanhall in common unprotected place (may be eastern road) to make able for nonclanned players Raid any clan and give clanpower to this mob. Clan are count like raided, have no power and a player who give a power to mob are have empower from it.

I think its must great add actions. And there will no point to say "I am not in clan so you have advantage from it..."

Lirion do you though 7 times before post such demands?
Just look... Last defender or such... He could hold powers ethernally... Just as piece of fun of gopaniks for example... and you'll read here a lot of whines about possibilty of raiding for unclanned ones. Moreover, you're dirty cop ;D Wish to crime all around?

So, lets see an example.
We have nonclanned mage and clanned heretic.
Whats now? Mage almost never can kill heretics with power... And what he is doing?
Yes, he evade battle with him. We have mage online, heretic online but there is no fights. Then if we add a chance for nonclanned mage to raid heretics and take power, bring to Defender and kill a heretic on reraid its can sense to raid clans for
everyone.

There are so many ways for a mage to kill a heretic.

That depends rather upon a mage than upon the game code.

It seems to me you never played a heretic... Just a guardian who can recall from battle any time he wants to the sanctity of his beloved city... If a mage wants to fight heretics - there are clans for that. And believe it or not, due to screwed up saves system, it is easier for a mage, even non-clanned one, to kill a heretic than vice-versa... skills vs spells, remember?

for me clan powers are already strong, in combination with some eq and potions it makes some persons very resistant to damage
eventually few of powers could be modified (some of them are never used in pk , though they have roleplaying pruposes)
and eventually some cool skill for cobar added

If you read the idea - this about to make same chances in battle for player in clan and for player not in clan. Its the way for anyone to raid any clan. So it not a way to make anyone stronger or weaker. Its just some kind of fairness or probity.

Russian text - nothing interesting. I answer for  several offensive post on russian, and its hard to translate it right on English, so I believe we have shown respect when dont traslate it.
So, now can you explain me "1) Lirion still wants the easiest life possible and.."
How this Lirion wants to "the easiest life" when offer make clans unprotected to raid from anyone?
