that sucks though . . .  for everyone if we fight in game, i won't loot you so please. don't be afraid to stand your ground and give it a shot. your shinies are safe, as for you gold. . . put that somewhere safe like the bank cause if your loaded i'ma take it all :)

no more fleeing and quiting, have some fun, give it a try, and if you don't think you can stay in the realms long enough for a good reraid attempt don't get on.

um, this is a common discussion topic. No fight and no rp.

- its a cycle.  Some people like shinies too much, some people full loot too much.  So the guy who full loots all the time is in the same boat as one who flees all the time.  Both the same to me, both feed each other.

aye kage . . . some very good wisdom behind your words . . . i just wish that people wouldn't be so worried about their gear.

If I was to get full looted, yes I would be bummed, i would pry even quit for a few hours in pure disgust, but than i would come back get some new things and hunt hunt hunt :)

- Before I left there was even a new loot system implemented that lasted about a day before the Super loot squad's tears drowned the server.  The system wasnt perfect of course so what can you do. 

- Even the most noble man finds it hard not to type "get all corpse"... it's a bit too easy in my opinion.  I think you should have to at least have to type what your seeking.  I dont care to lose autocasts or supergear cuz if I lost then feel free..its more annoying that someone takes my coarse woven rug :P I hate the desert.  But seriously taking every single persons possession is a kick in the pants.  Id even say change looting to just get limited gear from corpses.  Then someone can walk away with a backpack at least.

p.s.  But not to derail... the "old" Cobar didn't flee one vs one or 3 vs 1... but they got full looted many times (even by guardians lol) and that's the reward for bravery... there is little incentive to die over and over.. because this mud doesnt reward RP as it should, its in fact a weakness and preyed upon. 

right on i think if you stand your ground and fight your corpse should have a time limit untill it can be looted maybe  ???

- This is how other MUDs work idealy.  But in reality you would get full looted and try to hunt hunt hunt but your gear has already been scattered to 2 alts and 2 store characters.  And the person who full loots does not stay and fight if they will lose ever.  But its refreshing to hear someone fights if they are "not" guaranteed victory still a little bit.

When people play their roles they do it for a purpose. The main purpose is to enjoy your and your fellow's  RP by yourself. Immortals might or might not notice your actions. You, Kage, were rewarded when you played in Cobar. If you were not satisfied yet, well, try to enhance your playing.

If you wait for any reward for RP, then I would like to propose rewards for PK as well. Let me congratulate those who are just killing machines, why not? I insist.

Actually I am sure that if you want to roleplay, you would do it and would never complain on it. And if ever you are blessed by Gods attention, you should keep it in your mind.

A round of applause for Lunitari!! I agree though fully, if you character isn't "strong" enough it is because you are not a strong enough player. Don't be to hasty to lack the patience to learn.

I want to give some major Kudos to Uves. Your persistence and gaming is awesome I had soooo much fun against you. Congrats on the win.

Also another acknowledgement to Ezalor who got the got job nearly naked, your mobs are a pain in my ass guy.

And to all the characters who skills have yet to be recognized I salute you.

I am sad to report that my solacing will have to come to an end soon, the states of the US wish me to sit in prison for defending my loved ones. I am sad to think that I might have to retire for that time, but I shall keep playing my heart out because this game helps me detach from my reality and have some fun. :)

hahah not my first rodeo bud. not really that worried, gives me time to work out and get my body building back on track. Plus I can speed through college with minimal distractions.

- Lunitari , I respect your defense of the MUD and I love your explanation, but what I meant by "MUD" in my quote in this sense refers to the community not rewards from the immortals.  The community doesnt reward your RP was my point, it's seen as a weakness. Its more of a self motivated decision which is a sacrifice but fulfilling at the same time. 

- This is how it should be and it seems like me and players like sanity wouldnt mind continuing this gameplay.  My point to him was in response to the actions of the other player in his log.  These logs happen because not everyone cares about RP or in game Honor etc.  And its just the way of the MUD.  Full loot makes this happen, pure and simple.  I dont care about full loot but I am the minority.

-  Kazo in the Cobar was one of my most rewarding characters and the RP with the immortals was very satisfying.  I never expect or downplay any RP reward any of my characters have received.  I paid a price for my constant RP and that's fine with me, I just know not many care or see the point of paying such a price.  So when I see these logs as Deda stated "this is common discussion" I have to agree.  So dont get upset Lunitari you cant control the community and I wasnt referring to you when I said the "Mud".

p.s. Go RP!... good luck Sanity , anyone leaving who fights and rps is always a  big loss

There was one re-raid with defenders on and one failed raid. Was fun though  ;D
