Nice looking game but its not nearly complex as Civ 4 and also AI sux big time. First time I play on prince difficulty(normal) and I just go on killing spree. do you need license to play on steam? civ 4 somehow is more complex and challenging. Though i like idea of panzer like non-stacking units battlefield. Title: Re: Civilization V Post by: moq on October 23, 2010, 06:14:11 pm Yea AI is ridiculously weak, I found it quite comfortable to play on Immortal.
On the other hand, you can have fun even on King, e.g. try to win a space/cultural victory in 250-300 turns or something like that. The game will evolve, no doubt. The first massive patch came out today, so I suggest you to update. There are some nice changes there. And a new downloadable civ will be available on October 25th, Mongols I guess. Im gonna see the changes right away. Also I want to say (in my defence lol) I dominated on prince without even trying to micromanage anything, workers on auto and just went stomping. Maybe race was too strong(Askia) dunno.... |
