[/log] And look at these nice PMs I get from Anza afterward: Quote but know. when you saving gauntlets and ring - you make block way for more powerful gear for fighter. you are lucky as Rin, you in one organisation with us. all who in one clan with me, or Elayne always geared like christmas trees, like Fingus or Marynne. Rin waiting same destiny. But you resisting. Its silly. Change christmas tree char under out protect to two relics. Quote just because you are obstinate as Fasulye. we not welcome persons like Fasulye. her destiny was a sitting on shines and hiding yourself in keep/forest. after your fall we will leave you alone without any protect and you will be eaten by greedy hands which want not only soth ring and gos. eventually you will share the fate of Fasulye and delete yourself, cuz storing is very boring work. but you can change everything right now. you can be good geared and hardly protected fighter, who can visit all places in world with us, cuz we still in one ogranisation. you have one hour to choose. i tired trying explain it to you. So basically my own clanmates have abandoned me just because I refuse to help Anza satisfy his grudge against Fasulye (which Zakh should have no knowledge about). Anza can't keep his chars straight and OOC is the only way he knows how to play. He even wants to declare war against tower because that was Mukla's enemy. I suspect that's a large reason he even bothered joining Solamnia. I just want to enjoy the MUD for adventures, RP and a nice fantasy experience. Unfortunately that's no longer the state of things. Now I've signed a death warrant for both my chars but I don't even care anymore. But this paranoid accurateness with several versions of log decor makes me think it's nothing but kinda If-I-die-you-know-whom-to-blame letter. And this is weak.
Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: Proph on September 22, 2014, 08:01:01 pm I just tried to make it clear to read.
And no, that was not my purpose in posting this log unreal. Don't make assumptions. I'm just extremely disgusted by this type of behavior. Trying to control things in game through OOC intimidation and threats (see PM), is truly weak. Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: Anza on September 23, 2014, 12:37:24 am Your greed will be your end. Instead of returning gauntlets and ring, and playing safely (you are our clanmate after all and we would equip you well enough so that you won't feel deceived), you chose to sit in the Keep (since you can't blend with the bushes like Fasulye did) and quit realms when enemies appear.
You're paranoic about death sentence for your characters. Who would need them? Perhaps I will manage to kill Davin with some of my other characters, in that case I will take the ring and gauntlets. If someone else manages to kill Davin, they will probably take everything, and I can't do much about that. This is not about some special personal attitude to you, feud or hatred. This is how shinies usually circulate. You seem to me a greedy and stubborn person, yet you did nothing so horrible that someone would want death of all your characters. Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: omledufromage on September 23, 2014, 12:47:26 am From rule 3, on multi-charring:
Quote If anything you do as one character is done to benefit another one of your characters, that is multi-charring and all characters involved will be DELETED. Anza, in log there is enough reference that Mukla exists, among other things, to redirect shinies and you use him as threat to get shinies into the hands of Zakh and Elayne (everyone knows Mukla wont hunt Zakh, but that is your argument and you use the threat of Mukla to try and get things into Zakh's possession). Mukla was also a tool for Anza and Ilirakshe. Hiddukel and other immortals knew about Mukla being slave of Takhisis and did nothing about it, even though rules are very clear in quote. I, personally, don't understand such, and would very much like some response from immortals. Again, rules are very clear: If anything you do as one characer is done to benefit another one of your characters, that is multi-charring and all characters involved will be DELETED. It doesn't matter if there are RP reasons for such benefits. If it did matter, the trick for legalizing multi-char is just to make all my chars RP friendly to each other. Point of the rule is that it makes no sense to even try that. Up until now, I've avoided saying who should and who shouldn't be deleted. I've tried only to post what directs Imms attention towards rule breaking. But this is preposterous, and I am near deleting and leaving this game for good. Anza, Mukla and now Zakh, all should have been deleted. A long time ago. (And no, no one has the right to call me a whiner. I am one of unclanned who has been most present in PK for a long time. Merlod also is one who has been most forgiving towards other chars in PK.) But not even rule enforcement towards names are being upheld. There was a near-rank 20-25 walking around whose name was a french swear which I had already reported to imms succesfully, and he still roamed lands wihtout having changed his nam. For some reason, Imms are nice and just offered to change his name, but not even this happened. Char should be deleted on the spot, so that the player behind doesn't even try to make funny names the next time. Just the same, Waho and his gnome-like description continue roaming... another case for deletion. Imms are too nice nowadays... Many of you are making a sh*tstorm about how OldSolace was better because there was no "Mr. Nice Guy", and everyone was full looted all the time, PKed all the time. That is weak, and that is whining, and that is deriving the attention from what really matters. The real part of OldSolace that should be brought back is harsh rule enforcement. >:( Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: nxx83 on September 23, 2014, 01:02:56 am And why you think what Ilirakshe continue game?
It is not true as actually. I have plaeyed Takh as well with Anza and leave then he falls. Anyway i don't have such time to play mud and it is bad. I don't know about what you are talkin buy i remember few things: 1. 1 Takhs is online - 1 Solamnic is online = result - solamnic leaves then takh attak the knigt. 2. 2 takhs online - 2 solamnic is online = result - solamnic leaves with the phrase " sorry i need to leave" ABout all this i have only my own opinion what they are trying to store and keep their shinies. So nice. So RP. Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: Hiddukel on September 23, 2014, 01:12:34 am Cool, thanks all for opinions. I'm done with it now. Game was only raised for nostalgia reasons out of Sirrion's good heart. This isn't official Solace, so you shouldn't be too angry about perceived cheating. Thanks all for short, interesting time :) Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: arpade on September 23, 2014, 01:26:34 am Im sorry to see you go Hidd. When someone gets fed up to the point of just leaving, im sure many of us keep wondering if bringing the argument was worth it at all.
I kinda saw this coming and tried to back off on the other thread about deda. I just wanted to say.... I cannot understand how the cheating is "perceived". That scepter "i am the wrath of god" was in Marynne's possession, Now its with Zakh (same player as Anza whom helped marynne get it). The shield of a dragon in flight was with the takhisis cleric, now its with solamnic cleric. Pendants, strange wristguards.... Zakh and Elayne were both christmas trees before even leaving level 30, making it doubtful if not impossible they got all those shinies alone, and, well, if it was given to them, there is a rule stating it is forbidden to give somoene a item they cannot possibly earn for themselves.... They item transfer. Its *obvious*, and recurrent. Many key items have been in possession of the same players (through various characters) since the game began. I reaaaalllly wouldent mind if rules are simply changed. If you guys think, oh, no what they are doing is fine, just change the rules and level the playing field. If imms/the community decide "oh, we are changing rule 3, now the use of OOC information in-game is no longer multicharring and thus is no longer cheating", and: - holding a item for a while and sacrificing it for your other char to get it is OK, - or using a friend to pass it forward to another of your characters is ok, thats fine. I personally wouldent agree, i feel its lame, but at least i will know. If its not against the rules i have nothing to complain about. Its just unfair that some players try to be honest and are shackled by rules noone seems to follow or enforce. Please note: Rule is changed/was changed in Sirrion's mind already, you may now sacrifice item from one character and regain it as another. You can't directly transfer, or pass to friend to transfer to you- item must be sacrificed and mobs must be battled to retrieve items. Strange bracers, etc. were sacrificed, not transferred. It's the only way to regain some sanity. Note is posted in game to all. Will update if anything changes back. As for all people who are tired of me and think I am a "pussy", as zondra put it: Don't worry. I quit. Enough anger issues for me. Enough of this bs for me. As for you Anza, go back to your lame ass game-style. I'm pretty sure your need for this kind of playing and desperate need to be the best here, whatever the means, is just a reflection of how much a failure you are in real life. Compensating for something, I bet... PS: This isn't official Solace, so you shouldn't be too angry about perceived cheating. Nierth, please make this the news banner for forum. Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: jAx on September 23, 2014, 04:26:15 am Here is the thing everyone seems to be forgetting. Everyone is asking for punishment for this, punishment for that, this is against the rules, that is against the rules, something is being bent, broken, or the latter.
Yet everyone was happy as could be when the game came back online. Fact of the matter is there are 2 Immortals, most likely with full time jobs and a 20 count playerbase right now. Not very large but think of the grand scheme of things. Everyone feels that there problem is important, I did at one time, until I realized the very thing I'm going to sit here and explain to you. Everyone wants a Joseph Stalin f*cking rule on this game and lets face it, if you want to follow roleplay and what not, Rules were meant to be broken. They were bent and broken all the time in the books. Immortals are simply there to respect not to intervene it's called Free-Will. I'm going to put it like this, I didn't like what was going on, so I made a character and a group to f*cking deal with it and overcome. I put aside the thought that it was someone else that needed to intervene and make my experience better and I did something about it. I fully enjoy the game. What I don't enjoy is logging into this forum and seeing a bunch of grown ass men trying to facilitate a battle of wits on who is wrong and who is right when the truth is, deep down you just want an edge that another player has. Here's the raw deal take it or leave it. NOBODY would f*cking play if both of the Immortals were a nit-pick. That's just the fact of the matter. I'm not sorry to point this out, I'm going to say it bluntly because that's the type of guy I am. There are so many people that I have interacted with that didn't like me until they've talked to me. And after today if I hear one more f*cking thing about "there's no equipment everyone is hoarding, storing, and transfering" I'm going to kindly ask that you drop your skirt (provided you aren't a lady and if you are no disrespect intended) and pull your tampon out, come over to my house and grab a can of man-up outta the fridge and stop your woe is me bullsh*t. I saw SOOO much equipment today it made me f*cking sick!! I literally haven't played in years so yes I forgot a LOT, and when I did play back in 05, 09 I geared mainly off of PK so I wasn't as fortunate to know the locations of a great many things. I do try to roleplay, i think it makes for a fun day, and for a fun release after a day of training and working and playing with my kids. This is my me time, because I've been banned from the bars I like in my city because I love to get rowdy. Hate the trouble so I settle and try and kick back at home and do what doesn't get me put in jail anymore. So lets recap, is the world fair, no there would be no pride in it if it was. Is the game fair, that itself is a f*cking pandora's box since everyone has there own idea and interpretation of the RULES. There is nothing saying that HAVE to stay, there is nothing saying that you have to understand the RULES. Sirrion is not Chemosh. So to those of you saying, oh this would have happened if, and that wouldn't have been like that if ... this is to you If "if" was a "fifth" we'd all be drunk. "if" my aunt had a dick wouldn't that make her my uncle?? CALM THE f*ck DOWN , play the game. Have some fun or don't but please relax on telling people how things should be done. Try doing it another way to make it ahead, and when you get busted or called out or sidewalled for doing it the way you think someone else is doing it then you can come on here and blast off on them. I have seen borderline proof, and I have seen good solid arguments and that is a playerbase that is trying to develop the community, so your presented your case. Most of you would make good laywers, now let the Judge decide, and respect that opinion because lets face it, we don't know the end game of the Immortals, we don't know what they have done about it, the actions and recourse they have taken, and they are for damn sure not going to plaster it on the forums when they do. I wish you all the best, I hope you all find your peace in the game and a little fun, and then I hope you all realize that you get soo f*cking mad because Solace is like a drug. You might f*cking hate it but you can't help that without it you just don't feel the same. Best Regards, jAx. Also what a surprise the Solace community is slowly destroying itself again. Title: Re: The Strength of Solmania: A Tale of Greed Post by: Proph on September 23, 2014, 05:20:46 am deep down you just want an edge that another player has. You couldn't be more wrong about this. I don't want the unfair advantages Anza has, and you can see this because I refuse to play his game (even if it would benefit my char greatly).Quote I have seen borderline proof, and I have seen good solid arguments and that is a playerbase that is trying to develop the community, so your presented your case. Most of you would make good laywers, now let the Judge decide, and respect that opinion That's all I did: present facts and let people interpret them how they choose. I see things that I highly disapprove of (and go against the rules) and want to see if others feel the same way. I support the community and want to expose people who (in my opinion) harm the community.I truly appreciate time and effort put in by the Imms, and I have told them that on several occasions.
