Would be neat if  spectre, wraith, and harvested souls do not disappear always after logout...
at least spectre and wraith

It would greatly enhance quality of life of the class and make it more enjoyable. Necro keep their mummies/dk. Why do clerics have to lose everything if they had to leave realm for five minutes? That is just silly.

Would you like to log in and play a char that has to spend a hour(include creation cooldowns and killing mobs for souls) just to gather its power before actually starting to play?

it takes about 20 - 30 minutes, every time you login to reform army.
Only problem could be with control undead, because if minions stay with you, it could prevent other to take items they carry.
However, create undead and rip soul - at least these pets could stay with master.
