And batman is definitely better. Sure you can argue that Superman is faster, stronger, has lazer vision, whatever. But batman, batman gets by on his smarts alone, and natural human ability. That makes him better in my eyes ;) Plus, as you more or less pointed out, he always, ALWAYS has a plan to succeed despite seemingly overwhemling odds.
