When worn, it
   modifies mana by 15
   modifies resistance to poison by 3
   modifies resistance to bashing by 2
   modifies damage roll by 2                 <===== Maybe resistance to piercing
   modifies resistance to slashing by 2
   modifies damage roll by 4
   modifies hit roll by 3
   modifies armor class by -7
