There is no bug absolutely...
You can just locate objects that belong to linkdead players as well as to alive ones...

I'm pretty sure Chiendelna is deleted, or at least has not logged in a VERY long time. Seems kinda weird that locate still works for that situation.

If this is normal then by that logic it should report back any player who has ever logged with a rug in their possession. Pretty sure this is some weird exception.
