Wow i thought just paying the regular feat cost was fine.

There is already a disadvantage of having to re-master the new one...
Is there any balance reason for players to not be able to re-spec feats?

We know that Str above/below 20 gives some % damage bonus/penalty to autoattacks (and some skils that depend on autoattacks)
Same with int/wis for spells/empowers.
But we dont know how much.
Plus it does not affect healing/buffs/debuffs and half of the skills.

The idea:
convert these percentages to dr+hr/spellpower. That way the effect is no longer hidden and it affects everything related.

For example:
17 str = -10dr/hr
25 str = +15 dr/hr (on top of current bonus)

15 int = -3 spellpower
25 int = +4 spellpower

Yes,
- there'll probably be easier, soloable introductory zone;
- some classes will get some additional tools in the Abyss;.

I think changing should be allowed.  Make it like 10k gold and I dunno 5 million exp. Seems fair.
