Normally, I am able to eagle eye myself but I cannot seem to eagle eye ANYONE! The skill is about 85%  No, when I have tried to eagle a team mate we are not in a battle, and we are in an area where I was once able to do so.

This skill is saves-dependant. Anyway, I eagled long time ago someone, who could not be stinged and dusted. Just more tries...
