At the base of the mountains
  You are standing at the base of a mountain, where it takes a sudden
slant upwards. These mountains look extremely jagged, and you feel
that you would have trouble climbing them. You see some movement on
the mountains, but you guess that it is only mountain animals. To
your east you see a forest and a road that leads into it. Your exits
are north farther up the mountain or east towards the forest road.
