Didnt play solace for long and now find out that mobs are incredibly tough against spells, probably didnt got the idea and things are more complicated so I could be mistaken buf if they are just tuned up then I dont see what for. You almost cant use meladictions on them, you almost always do half damage by damaging spells all that makes it f*cking hard to get to some advanced areas alone and due to lack of current active player base...

As for me it is realy strange that primitive dirt kick is much more effective (and it works realy for too long, remember times than it was active till next tick, i.e few-30-40 seconds, 20 seconds average) and now 3 times longer and 100 times easier to blind a mob (even some pritive one)

Not sure for how long you have been gone exactly, but i do not remember a change, where mobs got harder to maladict or such. It is still as easy to blind a pikeman in Pax with a spell as it was before. And tough mobs were always tough to maladict.
And about new timing... Well you get used to it after a while. Dirt kick it not the worst thing, that lasts a full hour now, by the way: sting of manticore too, for example, and it really takes lives.  Wink

how long, well more than 2 years for sure, to blind some mermaid i had to make about 15-20 atempts, so what is the chance I will blind some creature that holds anything valuable ?
TO be honest on other hand blind is much more deadly  in PK now, prompt doesnt show exits:)

Well, hey, great that you are back and all.  Smiley
Maybe i just did not notice something, for i have given up using maladictions as ineffective a long time ago. Then again, i must say they can be useful in a long fight. Like in the last duel with Dortheim my char got blinded 5-6 times through 40 saves. So i guess everything is quite in order.

The same that I have noticed, when I returned to Solace. Yes. It is much harder to blind even with doublecheck for evils.

+1. I returned to Solace after a long break and found maladictions useless vs mobs.
My evil cleric didnt even try to blind anyone or to damage with spells. 1 success in 10-15 attempts is just too much.
