well i can understand why elven sneak works better than assassin/thief sneak.
(its auto, and its always on, so if you flee - no one sees where, while human sneaking is worse in this way), though i'd say those could be equal.

but i cant understand why race sneak works in forms. Sneaking bull is really nice.
