Perhaps its better to allow only one spring in room instead this way how it works now.
Who needs 1000 spring objects in one room when one spring will do.
So if there is one spring, the message would be 'But there is already a spring here!'
of course, mana will be spent (its like  'forest growth' empower for example).

On the other hand i was thinking if you make a lot of springs in one room, that room is going to become water soon!(or mud at least) I mean, making lot of springs transformed room color to blue, and those who do not fly will be caught trapped and ready for pk slaughter!
