A new skill 'hamstring attack' will be implemented. It will work as damage skill on mounted players, and apply a minor fatigue-like effect on non-mouted players.

How namy coders make new skill/spells in WOW? 2-3 like here?

I think there's no need for harmstring hurting fatigue, especially when thieves have bleed... What's the numbers: -5 -3 -2? It's gay too much if you axe me!
