Fly Area

Two bugs;

1)Mounts no longer get hurt when they wish to rest but riding(and in turn landing) is not practiced.
2) When you void in fly area, you dont go to void or RoD. you enter realms back in fly area, to fall
to your death.

3) Fly is not dependant on what percentage riding is at. works as if 100%, but land is dependant
on riding skill.
