Is there any reason behind arcane defense feat not working in any form? Every time I look on something like

3rd Circle: Arcane Defense (+0 saves) 0%

it makes me really sad.

That is why I'm posting it here.
Toughness and Mind over body worked perfectly. I can't see slightest reason why should svs from equipment count and svs from this feat not

No, they did not. If you gained rank in form, you would not get additional hps.
