Clan leaders have power to uninduct players, but they cant undedicate dedicated persons. What if some dedicated person is spy? Let them enter clanrooms and roam freely?

Dedication is a lifetime decision. So you are not able to undedicate yourself.

Dedicated members will soon won't be able to enter clan halls.
