Tough Mobs With Crap EQ

I know there was some kind of list like this before and changes were made, but there's still plenty to go around.

I can think of Obsidian Castle that could use some work, Magical forest with warlocks/witches, Lords/Sha'ir etc south of NT, Witches Wood.

Just so many fun and interesting areas that are hardly ever visited anymore. Not everything has to be elite eq, but at least make the battle worth while.

Anyone agree or am I wasting my breath?

Yea like the salt cove all tough mobs most total crap
