Noob/unlimited gear

improve glade of beginnings gear with some hr/dr/+stats
reason: It is very hard to kill even wyrmlings when you have only starting equipment (leather vest and small steel sword)

Maybe add some semi-decent equipment sets to the shops, so noobies would be able to get the gear.

Maybe also add some fully equipped mobs that have a bit better gear than newbie store one.
Like 'a hunter is standing here, seeking for wyrmlings to hunt'
a wyrmling hunter is using:
<full set of wyrmling gear>
<hr/dr bracelets/rings/necks>
<piercing sword>

Several of these mobs with eq sets could be created in different areas, so it would be less painful to reequip after a full loot.

Also would be nice to see more nonlimited non-physical weapons (with low ave)
