Obnoxious IRC whining alien dog

Pathfinding skill for every class that doesn't have fly spell/skill. Starts at lvl 1. Slow to improve but helps reducing movement cost/ lagging when moving from one room to another.

Forestry: reduces movement cost/lagging when moving in bright green/dark green rooms. Also slow to improve. Disabled for characters with fly spell or skill. Accessible to all elves, druids and rangers. Starts at lvl 1.

And maybe consider disabling speedwalk.
