I think its better to remove aoe spells(convert to target group) from Soth and make him stationary (dont follow attackers).

In current state he is not that hard- lead Malaclypse and Caradoc to him a couple of times and they will trivialize the fight.

But i think he is supposed to be one of the toughest fight in whole MUD.

Maybe also add some skills to him like acts of cruelty?
