Adrenalin- haste, shelter-sanc

I think these pairs can't be conbined in affects.But one can adrenalin himself under haste (not the other way around though). And shelter can be cast over sanctuary (not the other way around again).
Or is it a feature? I mean it looks like an overpower then.

Add: under adrenalin you could be slowed, and affected by both of them.

Add: You can have both sanctuary and mana shield. But only sanc works then, You don't get double affect.
