Do you think its fair that he casts searing heat and it never fails and gives anyone who is around your equipment? I ask please put an appropriate spell that is balanced in his arsenal (maybe prismatic spray again?)

I feel myself okay when raided Tower with ~45 all saves.
Heat metal never forced me to remove equipment
