After we implemented moods I always thought it is a cool featureful sidefect.. or sideffectual feature.
Is is disturbing?

Well, you can control the tone, so it can be considered as a hideous sarcasm  Grin

Fixed. Now uses fanatical mood and exclamations instead of says.
Also guards against acting on just-slain enemies.
