Well, you can control the tone, so it can be considered as a hideous sarcasm 
But if it truly messes up your experience, I'll change this behaviour.

Actually, I was trying to imitate "To be or not to be?"

Fixed. Now uses fanatical mood and exclamations instead of says.
Also guards against acting on just-slain enemies.
