1st Circle: Arcane Defense (+4 saves) 100%
2nd Circle: Arcane Defense (+6 saves) 100%

<xxxx/xxxx>help feats

   ARCANE DEFENSE [Special] [ANY SPELLCASTER]
   You can resist to spells of all schools of magic. 1st circle adds 2 to all
   saving throws, 2nd circle adds 3, and 3rd adds 4.

actually, learning these feats increase saves according help. who lies? :)
