A hungry ghoul parries your punch.

It is supposed to be learn from your mistakes in first case, no? And not sure about second case

Success of your perception doesn't mean 100% failure of victim's dodge. Their agility can be more superior than your perception. Wink

Same with failure of perception, they still can fail dodge in this case.
